Sample of an Away Day Games

When designing Away Day games, we always look at creativity, safety, and addressing a certain work issue. Lutfi SDC is proud to have 100s of games could be played outdoor or indoor. Our games will let the participants to get involve regardless of their interest.

Some of Away day games:

Caterpillar: Trust, Team Work, Work and Life Balance

Six members of each team stand inside the Caterpillar track (like a giant tank track) holding it above their heads. Several teams can compete at the same time, racing each other down a slalom course. The teams have to walk in unison or the inevitable fall will occur!

Obstacle Ski Racing: Team Interdependence, Cooperation and Trust

Three members of the team are linked on a pair of skis and have to safely negotiate an obstacle course. This game calls for balance and teamwork and it can be hilarious fun for onlookers!

Egg Tower: Creativity, Team Work, Planning

This is one of the most popular Indoor Team Building games. The teams are issued with a set of daily newspapers, a roll of cello tape and an egg. The aim is simple- to build the highest tower as possible that will support the egg!. Teams are given a few minutes to plan their design and then the race is on to build the tallest tower. Bonus points are awarded for aesthetic design and the best named tower!

Country Flags and Names: Team Work, Communication, Cooperation

About 75 A4 sheets, 25 of them are Country Maps, 25 Flags and 25 country names, the team is going to match each country name with its map and flag. This will involves the whole team in figuring out all the matches.
